Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Your very first appointment that will involve a comprehensive deep dive into your unique health history. This appointment includes questioning around
Your personal health history and any presenting concerns. We will also look into your family health history
Review any existing pathology and explore potential avenues for further testing
Deep dive into your nutrition and lifestyle to understand how you nourish your body, eating habits, and daily habits, and if they align with your wellness goals
Based on your unique presentation we may prescribe herbal and/ or nutraceutical supplementation and may request functional testing and/ or standard pathology. testing. This will be discussed with you during our consultation. Together, we will also explore any nutritional or lifestyle changes to help support your well-being.

Follow-Up Naturopathic Consultation
This consultation follows on from your initial appointment. During this time we’ll review any changes that occurred since our last consultation, review any testing, and continue to expand on your wellness goals. This provides an opportunity to further deepen our understanding of your case and helps us to monitor your progress and response to treatment protocols and individualised prescriptions.

These sessions are a chance to make sure the therapeutic relationship is a great fit. They also provide an opportunity for you to get clarity about what you want to achieve on your health journey
We like to offer all our prospective patients a quick chat that is free of charge, so that we can introduce ourselves to one another, learn about your health history and any issues that may have been identified, while giving you some background to our approach here at Sirona Wellness.
