  • Patient: (“Customer,” “Client,” “Participant,” “You,” “Your”) refers to the individual who receives products and/or services from Sirona Wellness.

  • Website: Refers to the Sirona Wellness domain, sironawellness.com.au 

  • Services: (“Appointment,” “Consultation,” “Booking”) refers to the arrangement in which Sirona Wellness provides naturopathy expertise to a client in exchange for payment.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

All information and content provided is based upon research, internal & external information, degree-based knowledge, personal experiences and opinion. 

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Sirona Wellness does not take the duty of care or provide individual health advice out of 1:1 naturopath consultation. For professional medical advice regarding your health, visit your health care professional.

SECTION 5- CLIENT INTAKE FORMS

Sirona Wellness requires new clients to complete the Client Registration form and the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. These forms are included in your booking confirmation email. 

If the intake form is not completed before your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled with an additional full fee incurred by the client.

 

SECTION 6 - MINORS

By using Sirona Wellness, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or territory of residence and accept full legal responsibility for any person in your household or anyone using your electronic device who is under the age of majority in your area. This includes, but is not limited to, any minor dependents who may be accessing our website.

You also agree to supervise your minor's use of our website and oversee all communications between our parties.

Please note that while we take precautions, not all electronic networks, whether online or private, are fully secure.

In Australia, the age of majority is 18 years or older. Any bookings made for individuals who are under the age of majority must be completed by a parent or guardian, who must also provide the minor's details. The parent or guardian must be present during any consultations for individuals under the age of majority.

 

SECTION 7 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE & PRICES

Sirona Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue any products or services (or any part or content thereof) at any time without prior notice.

Prices for products and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

Sirona Wellness is not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of products or services.

 

SECTION 8 - LIABILITY

By accessing and using this Website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, suits, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your use of the Website.

While we have taken every precaution to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on this Website, we cannot be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies that may occur.

SECTION 9 - COMMUNICATION

At Sirona Wellness, we value clear communication and are committed to providing quality support to our clients. However, please note the following guidelines regarding communication outside of scheduled consultation hours:

  • Response Time: we aim to respond to emails and messages within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, during business hours. Please allow additional time for responses on weekends or public holidays.

  • Medical Advice: we are unable to provide medical advice or treatment recommendations via email or other forms of communication outside of consultations. Any health-related inquiries, treatment plans, or medical concerns will only be addressed during scheduled consultation sessions.

  • Non-Emergency Matters: for any questions or general inquiries that are not urgent, please feel free to email us at hello@sironawellness.com.au

  • For medical emergencies or urgent concerns, please seek immediate medical attention from your GP, a hospital, or call 000.

 

By contacting us outside of your consultation, you acknowledge that we are unable to provide detailed advice or treatment plans through email or other non-consultation channels.

Sirona Wellness may use your personal Information to send you newsletters, marketing materials, promotional content, or other information that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by marking “opt out” on your client intake form, or by following the “Unsubscribe” link or the instructions provided in any correspondence from us.

Messages sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms are not monitored regularly, so please avoid sending queries through these channels.

SECTION 10 - PAYMENT

  • Initial Appointments: To secure your initial appointment, all new clients are required to prepay the full appointment fee at the time of booking.

  • All appointments, payment deadline: Full Payment must be made within 2 days of the invoice date, as stated on the invoice.

  • Overdue Fees: Failure to pay within 2 days of the invoice date will incur a $5.00 weekly overdue fee, starting 2 days after the invoice date.

  • Collection of Unpaid Fees: If payment is not made in accordance with our terms, Sirona Wellness reserves the right to pursue payment for fees, interest, and any costs incurred in recovering the amounts owed.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer (Osko). For bank transfer details, please email us at hello@sironawellness.com.au.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made to Sirona Wellness are non-refundable but can be credited to your account.

  • Payment Data Collection: Purchasing products or services from Sirona Wellness may require the collection of billing and payment data, including your name, credit card details, billing address, and postcode, by our third-party partners. All transactions are securely encrypted through Stripe Payments Pty Ltd, which complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and holds PCI Service Provider Level 1 security.

SECTION 11 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Payment must be received in full before products can be dispatched from our affiliated dispensaries.

All orders are subject to availability. Dispatch times are dependent on availability and may be subject to delays with the shipping service beyond our control. 

When purchasing a product, you agree that:

  • You are over the age of majority for your state/territory of residence.

  • You will consult with a health professional before commencing the product. 

  • You do not have any known allergies or contraindications to the ingredients contained in the product. 

  • You are not pregnant. 

When purchasing a product, you declare that Sirona Wellness is not held responsible to any risks or health outcomes associated with that product. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Self-prescribed complementary medicines purchased under guidance of Sirona Wellness

  • Complementary medicines should be treated with the same caution as prescription medicines.

  • Using products self-prescribed can be risky for a range of reasons.

  • Avoid the temptation to self-diagnose and self-medicate with supplements and herbs.

  • Always consult with your prescribing medical or naturopathic about any health concerns and tell them about any complementary medicines you are taking or thinking of taking. We recommend you book an appointment before commencing any self-prescribed products.
    It's important to understand the potential benefits and risks of any therapy, medicine or treatment. The complementary therapy you are considering may be safe and may work for others, but it may not be the best treatment for you.

The dangers of self-diagnosis and self-medication
Easy access to health information on the internet and social pressure to take responsibility for your own health can lead to self-diagnosis. You may be tempted to self-diagnose and then decide to self-medicate with medicines bought online. This is very risky. Always see your doctor or naturopathic clinicians for treatment advice.
Safety issues include:

  • Self-medication may delay your visit to the doctor and may mean you miss out on a proper diagnosis.

Sirona Wellness and its consultants will not take any responsibility for damages caused by products purchased that are  NOT INCLUDED ON YOUR CURRENT Treatment Plan, which is valid for 12 months
